BKS Fabrics is managed by M Senthil Kumar (Managing Director), Sangeetha Velkrishna (Director) and Dr. Sudha Anand (Director) who are highly qualified and experienced professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the textile sector, providing the necessary thought leadership and drive to expand, flourish and achieve new milestones. They are amply supported by a team of young and dynamic workforce who manage the day-to-day operations and drive growth.

- 2002 -Establishment of Shuttleless weaving unit.
- 2005 – Establishment of Sewing Unit.

- 2014 – Modernization of Weaving Facility.
- 2015 – Establishment of Woven Continuous Bleaching, continuous Dyeing and Printing facility.
- 2016 – Integrated with Yarn Dyeing with capacity of 8 tons perDay.
- 2024 – A new venture BKS Fabrics has been launched.
